Educational Information
We can provide the customer with more than one skip to assist in separating waste, to enable recycling and to reduce the cost to the customer. We are more than happy to discuss these options with you when contents to be disposed of are clarified.
At no point can the skip be moved once Greensborough Waste has delivered on site.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the contents and of the skip as confirmed at time of booking and ensuring that the skip is not overloaded.
Skip hire is for 4 days but can be arranged for longer periods at time of booking. Unless you notify us at the time of ordering, an additional fee may be charged if unsuitable waste is loaded into the skip.
Restriction for Skip Hire
- Putrescible waste (food waste)
- LPG gas cylinders
- Batteries
- Medical waste
- Asbestos
- Hazardous waste
- Liquid waste, paints, oils, chemicals, thinners (dry paint cans are acceptable)
Additional Costs
Please note that tyres and matresses can incur an additional cost.
Mixed heavy rates will be charged for skips should any other types of waste be found in the skip that have not been stipulated and refused for disposal.
